The IAK focuses on supporting individuals, teams and organizations in the areas of Leadership, Collaboration/Cooperation and Innovation & Creativity. We accomplish this with attitude- and experience-oriented development activities (training, coaching, individual and organizational development, events, process facilitation).

All IAK services are built on the alteration of mindset & awareness. They are interactive, innovative, professional, practice-and application-oriented; they touch and inspire you - and start therefore long-lasting development activities.

Today, more than 25 trainers represent the IAK in 6 countries and offer a broad range of skills. Our offices are in  Germany,  Switzerland,  Austria,  Italy,  the Netherlands and the  USA. Our services are offered in German, English, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.   

We work with our clients as sparring partners, coaches, trainers, analysts, facilitators, and lateral thinkers, initiate processes and guide them to their successful implementation.

Our customers are managers, companies of all different sizes and industries, non-for-profit organizations, universities, athletes and politicians.
