The IAK focuses on supporting individuals, teams and organizations in the areas of Leadership, Cooperation and Innovation & Creativity. We accomplish this with attitude- and experience-oriented development activities (training, coaching, individual and organizational development, events, process facilitation).

Today, more than 25 trainers represent the IAK in 5 countries and offer a broad range of skills. Our offices are in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Italy and the USA. Our services are offered in German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. We work with our clients as sparring partners, coaches, trainers, analysts, facilitators, and lateral thinkers, initiate processes and guide them to their successful implementation.

Our customers are managers, companies of all different sizes and industries, non-for-profit organizations, universities, athletes and politicians.

For our team we are looking for (co-) entrepreneurs with an interesting background, who are able to transfer our training and consultancy expertise and further develop these with the IAK approach. It's not about a "job", but training, coaching, organizational development and helping people to move on as a calling/mission. As an IAK partner you have a self-employed status and basically work with the brand IAK full-time. "Your" IAK.
