Our newly formed team started its ´team-building´ process with an impressive and different training programme from the IAK. It proved a really good idea to focus on every individual and their state-of-mind. Now that all noses are pointing in the same direction and we all ´speak the same language´ it is much easier to work together to find solutions to everyday problems.

The TETA workshop emphasized the role of personal responsibility in building stronger relationships between people. Using a combination of lectures and interactive exercises, the facilitators helped us understand how our perceptions and backgrounds color our interaction with the world around us.
