Creativity & Innovation

Innovation & Creativity have been central competencies within the IAK since its foundation in 1970. Today, almost 4 decades later, is the ability to leave old thinking and behavioral patterns to create new things and to adjust to the ever changing environment still a factor for present and future success.

The IAK services improve the following areas:

Out-of-the-box thinking and flexibility
Vision and endurance

We foster these qualities in attitude-oriented seminars, idea workshops, creativity workshops, learning stations, and impulse lectures. We also offer companies to support and monitor their development of innovation culture, the facilitation of innovation projects and the creation of large events for innovation & creativity.

We express our own innovation through the development of new creativity techniques and formats (like "Brainstomp©" or the "Salon d'Innovation") as well as our scientific work in cooperations and teaching with different universities.
