The following terms & conditions apply for all services of the IAK, if there hasn't been any different written agreement.

The terms & conditions apply as soon as the client has agreed verbally or in written form to work with the IAK.

The trainer honorarium does not include the cost for travel, accommodation or material unless there is a special written agreement different from that.

The following applies in case of cancellations through the client:

• Full refund will be given for cancellations up until 30 days prior to the event;
• 50% refund will be given for cancellations up to until 10 days prior to the event;
• after that date, 50% credit will be applied toward subsequent registrations.
