CHALLENGES: THE ART OF MANAGING CONFLICT

Even experienced leaders can run into roadblocks when introducing new goals. Commitment issues, conflict and a breakdown in communication are potential indicators that strategy and people are out of sync. Unaddressed, such lingering issues can have serious consequences. Progress slows down, performance is compromised and individual employees cease to be engaged in carrying on the vision.

“Challenges” puts the spotlight on articulating organizational vision and managing new behavioral practices necessary to transform vision into a sustainable reality – and team performance into a smooth operation.

The training provides a lively platform for managers, leaders and team leaders to address the challenges of reinforcing vision, new procedures and practices.

The wisdom of synergizing big-picture strategy with individual behavior, and executive decision with employees’ personal needs, is recalibrated. Communication habits that promote (or suppress) initiative, trust and performance are re-evaluated and the gates are opened to dialogue and exploration.
