Working with Intercultural Teams

How to Improve Efficiency in Remote and Global Teams?

Do you already work with an international team? Or are you in the process of setting up a mixed-culture team?

Are these questions on your mind?

. What makes a remote team successful?
. What is best practice in communication with remote and virtual teams?
. How can you overcome organizational, functional and cultural barriers?
. How can you leverage diversity and create added value from it?
. What leadership style works best with multicultural and/or remote teams?

How will you benefit from the seminar?

. Learn key factors to success and know-how to apply in your specific context
. Facilitate clear and efficient communication channels across borders and time zones
. Learn how to leverage diversity
. Learn how to apply best practice examples in leadership styles

The seminar combines cognitive knowledge and behaviors with experiential learning styles such as interactive presentations, open discussions, breakout sessions and role plays. We work with the IAK team development methods and build on them with theories from Fons Trompenaars (Riding the waves of culture). Practical tasks and actual case studies allow participants to create awareness and to fine-tune their understanding of cultural differences.

We offer intercultural team development as company internal trainings with the following formats:

Detailed topics and duration of the training will be tailored to your needs.
